Inspired by running a clothing company in college, I pursued a career in advertising. My first role was at Human Movement, where I worked on the Under Armour account, helping build a community around their running brand.

I then moved to NYC and joined Twitter, where I focused on advertising from a big-tech publisher perspective. After Twitter, I helped Fuse Media grow their paid social practice, increasing subscribers by over 350% during a six-month contract. I later joined FIG Agency, leading their paid social efforts and developing their paid media practice.

At FIG, I sharpened my expertise and transitioned to Dentsu, where I managed paid social for Microsoft’s B2B campaigns, leading a team of 14. During the pandemic, I helped build an integrated media and marketing practice at The PCA Group, launching their in-house agency, Sela.

As Managing Director at Ai Media Group, I focused on integrated media and creative strategy. I led significant revenue growth across existing and new business, leading winning pitches for Suja Life, Oscar de la Renta, Azamara, Mediacom, Oz Moving, and more. Also launched two new service divisions: paid social and creative services.

As VP of Growth at Solawave, I led full-funnel strategy across paid media, lifecycle, creative, and both DTC and Amazon channels. I drove the brand’s most profitable quarter to date, increased repurchase rate by 58% in Q1 2025, and built foundational systems across attribution, creative testing, and retention. I also expanded media mix and team structure, supporting Solawave’s shift from a single-product hero brand into a full routine-based skincare portfolio.
