I also integrate email, SMS, and paid media strategies to create lifecycle and retention frameworks that connect brand storytelling to growth.
Leadership Journey:
Dentsu – Associate Director of Paid Social: I led paid social for Microsoft’s B2B efforts, including crisis response for COVID-19 and campaigns for Azure, Power Apps, and Dynamics 365. I managed a 15-person team, driving successful B2B lead-generation campaigns.
Sela / The PCA Group – Director of Media Strategy: I led global omni-channel commerce campaigns for e-commerce .com, Amazon, and Walmart, overseeing paid media, organic social, and digital strategy. I developed and executed strategies aligned with emerging consumer trends, optimizing media across key retail and platform channels while ensuring creative strategy aligned with audience segmentation.
Ai Media Group – Managing Director: I scaled departments across strategy, paid social, CTV/STV, programmatic, YouTube, search, client success, creative, and analytics. This resulted in a 3x revenue increase in paid social and a 5x growth in creative billings. I also played a key role in launching Atrilyx, the agency’s attribution platform, and led successful client pitches including Oscar de la Renta and Suja Organics.
Solawave – VP of Growth: I led e-commerce .com, Amazon, and digital retail marketing through the brand's most profitable quarter (Q4 2024) and increased the repurchase rate by 58% YoY in Q1 2025. By implementing new creative and media strategies, I drove ~3x Omni-Channel MER with 30% less budget YoY.
Now, as an independent consultant, I partner with brands through fractional marketing leadership, accelerator-style engagements, and ad-hoc projects. I help teams build the strategy, creative systems, and structure needed to scale from traction to repeatable growth, leveraging cross-department collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
